What do you enjoy most right now about Bartending?

Right now, its the experimenting & creation of new cocktails. With all the different styles and varieties these days it truly is "Sky's the Limit". You can infuse just about anything combined with every combination of spices, apertifs, bitters, plus beer cocktails, etc. its fun to sit back and see what concoction you come up with next. 

What's your GO-TO drink?

I'm Irish, so I'm a whiskey/bourbon guy. Love a big ice cube & Blantons. I also revolve around a handful of drinks: Old Fashion, Manhattan, Brown Derby. Created a couple of drinks: the Doc Holliday & the Horse's Neck when I want a lighter bourbon drink.
